Two years ago, I stepped away from my role as CEO of a marketing organization and gave myself the rare gift of time—time to slow down, explore, and rediscover what truly brought me joy.

What I found was simple and unexpected. Every time I walked into a thrift shop, I felt it—the thrill of the hunt, the joy of discovery, and the excitement of uncovering pieces with personality and charm. It wasn’t just shopping; it was an experience that never failed to make me happy.

Along the way, I also came to appreciate the sustainability of thrifting—giving beautiful, well-made items a second life and keeping them out of landfills. Shopping this way feels good in every sense.

I’ve always loved styling and restyling homes—refreshing spaces, staging homes for sale, and creating polished, inviting looks without overspending. I truly believe great design doesn’t require a big budget. Thoughtful choices, creativity, and the right pieces can transform a space.

That realization sparked something bigger.

ROOM SERVICE, too was created from a genuine love of finding the coolest, most interesting pieces and curating them thoughtfully for others who value style with intention. This shop reflects a belief that great looks don’t need to be expensive, that homes should feel collected and personal, and that mindful shopping can be both beautiful.
